The project management app for husband-and-wife teams.

The same software that helps run the world's best companies, for the place that matters most.

For the two of you

Run the house like Teammates

The mental load shouldn't live in one person's head (usually hers). Put it on the board instead. Assign it, ship it, and nobody has to say “I told you three weeks ago” ever again.

HomeTeam brings home the power of enterprise software: kanban boards, cycles, a backlog. Every ticket has an owner, a due date, and a very satisfying Done column.

For the little ones

Teach kids to manage projects like adults.

Chores become tickets, and the week becomes a cycle. Kids get a board of their own, commit to what they think they can finish, and find out on Sunday whether they were right.

It's the same machinery we use at major companies. Cycles, tickets, a Done column. And it teaches the most useful skill nobody teaches in school: finishing what you started.

For the good surprises

Finally, a tool that is fit for purpose.

A home requires a different sensibility. HomeTeam lets you do fun things, like fire off random tasks: flowers for no reason at all, a call to an old friend, a date night nobody planned.

“Routines” allow you to set recurring tasks on a cadence, like every Sunday or every other Tuesday, or to fire at random inside a window you choose. Tickets get put into the cycle. Keep it private and even you won't know when it's coming.

For the AI era

Give the house an AI housemate.

An AI housemate is a member of the household like anyone else. It has a name and a face, it sits in the assignee list, and you hand it a ticket the same way you'd hand one to your husband or wife.

It reads the ticket, breaks it into subtasks, and says what it found in the comments. It can close the work out if you let it, and if it's out of its depth, it hands the ticket straight back to you. Assign it a role, give it skills and connections like a phone number, and it will figure out the rest.

Plan Leo's birthday party

Maya assigned Ivy, your AI housemate

Read it, and split it into four. The cake is the long pole: Sweet Pea needs 72 hours' notice, and Leo's class has a nut allergy. Handing it back to you for that one.

4 subtasks it created

  • Book the pavilion at Cedar Park
  • Invite 8 kids from Leo's class
  • Order the cake: chocolate, no nuts
  • Borrow the folding tables from Dave

And the side hustle

It takes a village.

Protect your most valuable asset. Whether you're managing your own home or renting out a room, stuff comes up. HomeTeam was designed to rethink how contractors get brought into the loop.

Turnovers, maintenance requests, that water heater you keep meaning to replace. Your tenants file a ticket, HomeTeam prices it against your budget and dispatches it to your contractor bench, and whoever's free picks up the job.

The technology big property managers pay for, on the two units you own.
